Summary

In the far-flung future of our very own Solar System, political upheaval on the habitable moons of Saturn led to the exodus of a powerful noble family to avoid being absorbed into a larger democratic state. Much later, the descendants of the family are the local royalty (merchant royalty.) on the space station Paragon, which enjoys the political status of a city-state due to its importance as a galactic trade center. Augustine, born on the station, is the current heir to his family's wealth and the station leadership itself, as his older brothers have both abdicated. As the first son of his father the "king's" second wife, and plagued by rumors that he is not actually his father's son at all, Augustine finds himself in the awkward position of maintaining order on the station while also quietly removing anyone who might be a threat to his position. Unfortunately this includes his younger brother, Leopold.

Appearance & Body Language

Blond and with a mean face... it's simply the truth. Augustine is on the thinner side, less fit than he could be, with a more fragile constitution than someone born in a place with the appropriate gravity. While the station's artificial gravity is very close, he'd be operating at about 80% capacity to what he should be if he leaves the station. His haircut is bad and he won't change it. He likes to dress nice, but as an engineer by actual trade, many of his fancy duds still wind up stained and snagged by machinery.

In terms of body language, he is hyper aware of his body at all times, mostly because he's used to being #watched. Even so, he tends to shift/rock on the balls of his feet habitually, and he gets antsy very quickly when expected to stay still or seated for a long time. If he has a pen or anything else of fiddling size he will fiddle with it. He carries a sci-fi pocket-watch (basically a smartphone but pocket-watch shaped) and will mess with it to look busy when he wants to avoid a social interaction.
